Mike in Sales has been awesome to work with over the years. He bends over backwards to deliver exactly what we're looking for. He doesn't waste our time with pushy sales. He listens and works hard. I've never had a better experience buying a car than with Mike.
All I can say is that the Service manager, Kevin, defines excellence in customer support. I have had 99% of the service and repairs on my Range Rover, which I purchased from them in 2006, performed there and while it's a bit expensive they have kept my car in excellent mechanical condition over all these years. They are quick, knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST. You can trust they will do the best to maintain your vehicle and I highly recommend them.
We just leased a 2018 Range Rover Sport from SB Auto Group. Tony Clumeck was our sales guy and he was absolutely great. No rush, no pressure...but when we were ready to go, he made it happen ASAP! He's very professional and made this without a doubt the easiest car buying/leasing experience that we've ever had. When it came to financing, Megan V was the best and we were very appreciative of her easy going and friendly style. Can't say enough good things about Tony and Megan and this entire process. Very happy!
Kevin in service has taken care of our land rovers for years - he's a big reason why we keep getting land rovers. Mike in sales is super chill and great to work with. He's the other big reason why we keep getting land rovers. No pushy tactics - just answers your questions and shows you what you want to see.
Excellent customer service for few recalls on our car. Got us in and out within a day even though they were swamped. Had rental car waiting for us. Kevin, Service Manager was very helpful. Much appreciated!
Overall I had a pretty good experience. The place is nice and I was treated well (wasn't pushed to get stuff I don't want, and no cheap mind tricks).
Bought a Range Rover from Tony C. Incredible experience. Tony was great. LR SB is a great dealer. Quite professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about giving me a great sales experience. Shannon in Finance was also wonderful. Despite RRs being in such high demand I feel as though LRSB still have me a solid deal. Car is amazing incidentally. 🙂 dream come true really...

I was driving from the Bay Area when a bracket that holds part of the roof rack together popped off causing a part of the rack to fly around loosely. I drove into the service bay at this LR dealer. They immediately had a service guy come, find replacement parts and fix the problem. All in about 15 minutes with very polite and cordial attitudes. They also did not charge me for the time and clips that they replaced. Very pleased and impressed. Reinforces the brand for me.
